We received the AFM-EPF Summary Annual Report and wish to share some info weith you,

The Plan paid out $67,783,528.00 in benefits to plan participants and benficiaries.

The Plan assets as of March 31, 2002 were $1,573,793,260.00.
Casual Club-Date Members are eligible to build vesting credit in the plan, and become fully vested after five years based on minimum earnings of $1,500.00 per credited calendar year. And, filing an approved LS-1 contract.

Any Casual club-date member can receive additional information and an LS-1 contract form by e-mailing, writing or calling the Executive Secretary.
